The French word Raze may refer to a region of France: Razès in the Pyrenees, where one of the crusades took place. The Templars were also known to have a Shaved head. In this logic, the reds would represent the English or the French as their flag or cross on flag color all along the crusades.

LVIS is one of Nostradamus mysterious words. It could stand for Louis VI (le Gros) who is mentioned elsewhere in the prophecies, or Clovis and why not ELVIS (!). (The translation is wrong).
